Meet the Founder

I founded Digital Regs in 2025 to ensure that organisations comply in a way that is connected to real business life. With a career spanning the finance industry, regulatory tech and data protection, I bring compliance knowledge across the UK and EU, commercial practicality, and broad industry experience to every client relationship.

As a mentor in the FCA’s AI Supercharged Sandbox and the FCA Supercharged Academy- an environment enabling safe, responsible experimentation with AI in UK financial services, I provide expert guidance, industry insight, and constructive feedback to help teams validate and refine their solutions.

I began my career in data protection at a transport infrastructure company with operations across the UK, Ireland, Hungary and Portugal. I then served as a company director at a London-based consultancy servicing regtech and asset management firms in the UK, US and EU, the Chief Commercial Officer of a regulatory compliance group in the City of London, and Chief Data Officer at a regtech start-up. I consulted on AI governance and led GDPR reviews for complex API integrations and built compliance frameworks that helped fast-growing organisations thrive while maintaining trust. 

Beyond privacy, I have worked in corporate governance and financial regulation, including MiFID and AIFMD, liaising with regulators in the EU and the UK, supporting hedge funds, brokers, insurance companies, e-commerce platforms, and regulatory tech firms.

Certified as a CIPP/E and holding legal qualifications from the UK and Poland, I bring an understanding of both the UK and EU regulatory landscapes.
